Nomination of Candidates

Nomination packs are available from the elections office, Town Hall, Westoe Road, South Shields, NE33 2RL for any person who is interested as standing as a candidate at this election.
The nomination paper must be signed by ten registered electors from the South Shields constituency and a deposit of £500 must be paid before the close of nominations.
Nominations can be submitted to the Acting Returning Officer or his deputy from Wednesday 17 April to Friday 19 April between 10am and 4pm.
